STEP 1: VENDOR CREDENTIALING
RealPage Vendor Credentialing is a supplier sanctioning service and database that performs criminal background checks, license and insurance verifications, document storage, and more. It is a shared online database accessible by all community managers nationwide, promoting the use of qualified suppliers while reducing risk of liability for our clients, managed communities, and suppliers. The annual Enrollment Fee and minimum requirements vary, per supplier, based on the industry or type of service provided.
After completing enrollment and achieving an “Approved” status, proceed to Step 2 – Ops Technology Enrollment.

When you join OpsTechnology you will be eligible to process new orders from properties, send your invoices electronically, and ensure billing efficiency.
